Other European Destinations via International Signed For at a cost of £9.99.  International orders are posted at the beginning of the week, usually on a Monday.
 
*Areas Excluded by Courier Services:
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands are excluded from All Courier Rates ~ Please Contact Snail Shop for a Delivery Quote before placing an order if you live in any of these areas. 
N.B Standard Shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class is not affected and orders can be placed on the website in the normal way for Dry Goods Only.
 
 

"Awaiting Payment Confirmation" : Your payment has not yet cleared into (or been received by) our system.

"Payment Received": Your payment has been received and your order has been marked for our attention.

"Order In Process": The payment for your order has been acknowledged by staff and your order is in processing.

"Order Dispatched": Your order has been dispatched

• Livestock orders are posted to arrive on a weekday only and need to be signed for.  If you are at work during the week please provide us with an alternative postage address when ordering online.  Please keep in mind that orders can be sent to your work address or a friend, relative or neighbour.  Livestock parcels will be fine unopened for the day until you are able to take it home. 
• Dry goods will be dispatched as soon as the order is ready and payment has been received. 
• Please allow a maximum of 5 working days after your order has been marked 'Order In Process' for your order to be dispatched (in many cases it will be dispatched within 48 hours.) 
• As I'm often running the business on my own, I can get extremely busy, your patience is therefore appreciated.  If you are unhappy to wait for your order, please request a full refund.
• All customers are emailed upon dispatch of their order.  Orders are scheduled to arrive the following day.  On the rare occasion when an order does not arrive the next day please do not panic! Our packaging methods are of an extremely high quality and livestock will be fine for a couple of days in transit.  If you were out when your order arrived, a postage card will be left for you with further delivery/collection instructions about your parcel.
• Sorry but we cannot ship shrimp, crayfish or crabs to any other European country due to the fragility of these animals.

Snail Shop will send orders throughout the UK.  We will also ship to most European Countries.  Postage to Europe is set at £9.99 via International Signed For.

RETURNS

LIVESTOCK & LIVE PLANTS

Snail Shop cannot accept returns for live creatures or plants under any circumstances due to the nature of the product and the risk of disease introduction to our stock tanks.

DRY GOODS

Faulty or unwanted Dry Goods should be returned in unopened, original packaging.  Returns will be accepted up to 14 days from the date of arrival. We recommend that you return goods via a Recorded Signed For service, as we will not be held accountable for any returned product that is subsequently lost in the postal system.  Postal fees/shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Snail Shop has successfully sent 1000’s of orders all over the country.  We package our livestock with care and attention to detail, ensuring they have a comfortable & safe journey.
